The following are terms and conditions for purchases from our online bookshop.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will accept it being returned within one month of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund of the price of the lovespoon but you will incur the cost of postage. (sending and returning)
Purchases being shipped outside of the UK will be subject to your national postal service.
We post to Europe using Royal Mail and pay the full amount requested for postage. If additional charges are added afterwards, we do not take any responsibility for making payment of such charges that we are not aware of before sending.
Postage is charged at a flat rate of £1.99 within the UK and £4.99 to the rest of the World.
